• Espresso coffee
• Vanilla Gelato Ice cream
• Biscotti cookie

Instructions

1. Brew a pot of expresso coffee.
2. While the coffee is brewing scoop gelato into round ball, place on a tray and put in freezer.
3. When the coffee is ready – add a scoop of ice cream to several coffee cups; place a biscotti in each cup so it stands up.
4. Pour the expresso into shot glasses to serve with the gelato.
5. When ready to serve, have your guests pour the shot of espresso over the ice cream and enjoy
