Shopping List

  • Peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • White chocolate flavored candy coating
  • Red icing
  • Blue icing
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Variety of holiday sprinkles
  • Clear sugar glitter crystals



  1. Cut white chocolate into small pieces and place in a glass mixing bowl
  2. Bring a pan of water to boil on stove top over medium heat
  3. Place bowl on top of the pan, above boiling water and melt the white chocolate, stirring occasionally
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each end of the peanut butter sandwich cookie in, coating the cookie to make the beard and the hat
  5. Place cookies on a cooling rack
  6. Sprinkle the clear sugar glitter crystals along the bottom edge of Santa's hat
  7. Put red icing into a piping bag and apply to make Santa's red hat, and also use to make Santa's red nose and mouth
  8. Put blue icing in a piping bag and apply two dots to make Santa's eyes
  9. Place mini chocolate chip on each blue dot to finish the eyes
  10. Decorate Santa's hat with various holiday sprinkles
  11. Allow to dry



No Piping Bag?

You can put your icing in a zip-top bag and cut off a corner to squeeze out your icing.
