Shopping List
- Peanut butter sandwich cookies
- White chocolate flavored candy coating
- Red icing
- Blue icing
- Mini chocolate chips
- Variety of holiday sprinkles
- Clear sugar glitter crystals
Instructions
- Cut white chocolate into small pieces and place in a glass mixing bowl
- Bring a pan of water to boil on stove top over medium heat
- Place bowl on top of the pan, above boiling water and melt the white chocolate, stirring occasionally
- Once the chocolate is melted, dip each end of the peanut butter sandwich cookie in, coating the cookie to make the beard and the hat
- Place cookies on a cooling rack
- Sprinkle the clear sugar glitter crystals along the bottom edge of Santa's hat
- Put red icing into a piping bag and apply to make Santa's red hat, and also use to make Santa's red nose and mouth
- Put blue icing in a piping bag and apply two dots to make Santa's eyes
- Place mini chocolate chip on each blue dot to finish the eyes
- Decorate Santa's hat with various holiday sprinkles
- Allow to dry

No Piping Bag?
You can put your icing in a zip-top bag and cut off a corner to squeeze out your icing.
