  • 1 scoop mango gelato
  • 1 6 ounce can pineapple juice, chilled
  • Sparkling coconut water, chilled
  • Fresh pineapple and maraschino cherries, for garnish



  • Place a scoop of mango gelato in serving glass.
  • Pour pineapple juice over gelato to cover, then top with sparkling coconut water.
  • Garnish with fresh pineapple and maraschino cherry on a bamboo skewer, if desired.
