Ice Cream Sandwiches

Shopping List

For each ice cream sandwich:

• 2 cookies (your favorite kind), from the Ingles Bakery
• 1 scoop of Ingles Best ice cream (your favorite flavor)
• Sprinkles or chopped nuts, for garnish

Instructions

1. Place one cookie on surface, bottom side up.
2. Top with a scoop of ice cream.
3. Put another cookie on top of the ice cream scoop and press firmly together.
4. Roll ice cream sandwich in sprinkles or chopped nuts to coat the ice cream.
5. Place each cookie in the freezer as you prepare more.
