Serves 4-6


  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen Laura Lynn whole green beans
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. salt


  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add green beans. Cook until tender, then drain.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Let cook for one minute.
  • Add green beans to skillet for one minute.
  • Add cranberries, walnuts and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt.
  • Remove from heat. Add feta cheese.
  • Serve warm.
