Shopping List

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp drained capers
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese


  • Break apart, wash, and dry the romaine lettuce.
  • Break the leaves up into smaller pieces.
  • Add the vinegar, mustard. Whish in the olive oil, capers, and blue cheese.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.
