Chipotle Polenta Cakes 

Shopping List

• 1 package pre made polenta
• Butter
• Salt & Pepper
• Ingles Guacamole - Mild
• Chipotle Sauce

Instructions

1. Cut 1/2 inch slices of polenta
2. Add slices to pre buttered pan over medium heat; Cook 2-3 minutes on each side
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Once cooked remove and plate; Once plated add 1 tablespoon of Ingles Guacamole to each cake
5. Finish by adding 1 teaspoon of Chipotle to each
