- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 1 Jar of Black Lumpfish Caviar
- 1 Chopped Red Onion
- Sour Cream to taste
- Goat Cheese to taste
- 2 Crumbled hard boiled eggs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- After thoroughly cleaning, rub potatoes with oil, poke several times with a fork, and salt generously.
- Bake potatoes, in a preheated 450 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Top with the decadent toppings usually served with fine caviar service, or plate the toppings separately to let guests customize their potatoes.
