Shopping List

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Jar of Black Lumpfish Caviar
  • 1 Chopped Red Onion
  • Sour Cream to taste
  • Goat Cheese to taste
  • 2 Crumbled hard boiled eggs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • After thoroughly cleaning, rub potatoes with oil, poke several times with a fork, and salt generously.
  • Bake potatoes, in a preheated 450 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  • Top with the decadent toppings usually served with fine caviar service, or plate the toppings separately to let guests customize their potatoes.
