Berry Caprese Salad

Serves: 4-6


  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella pearls
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. balsamic glazer


  1. Combine all berries, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and gently stir.
  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over salad and serve immediately.
  4. Gently stir the salad, to avoid breaking up the berries. This salad is best if served right after making it
