Shopping List
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2/3 cup of dark brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp. of brandy
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 3 bananas (chopped)
- Vanilla bean ice cream
Instructions
- Melt butter and brown sugar in saute pan until it lightly bubbles.
- Add bananas and carmelize.
- Deglaze pan with brandy and vanilla and flambe.
- Serve over vanilla bean ice cream.
