Shopping List
- 1 Cucumber (or zucchini)
 - 1 container spreadable cheese (favorite flavor)
 
Instructions
- Take a cucumber and peel half inch ribbons of the skin off, creating a pattern.
 - Cut ends off, then cut cucumber in half.
 - Scoop out the seed portion of the cucumber creating a hollowed out cucumber.
 - Wipe some of the moisture out of the center with a paper towel.
 - Stuff with softened cheese.
 - Put back in the refrigerator until cheese is firm.
 - Slice 1/2 inch rounds and serve.
