  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 4 oz coconut milk-based yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
  • 1 blue-green algae tablet
  • 1 Tbs. Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew

Toppings:

  • Toasted Coconut or shredded coconut
  • 1 banana, fresh
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, fresh

 

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all ingredients except for the toppings.
  • Be sure to open the capsule of spirulina and put the powder in the blender and discard the capsule.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Place in a bowl and arrange cut pineapple and banana.
  • Add Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter and top with coconut.
  • Enjoy your healthy pina colada bowl!
