The Chef Owner is Wesley Wright, a graduate from the heralded Culinary Arts program at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College in Asheville, NC. Wesley is also ServSafe Certified and has many accreditations from the American Culinary Federation and the National Sanitation Foundation. He has worked at AAA Four Diamond, DiRoNa, and Wine Spectator award winning restaurants and brings his culinary experience and passion to the street food scene in Asheville. Wesley uses New American cuisine which pulls together international ingredients and cooking techniques.
