I’ve been working in WNC food service for over 30 years and a loyal Ingles customer all along the way. My career has included being a culinary arts instructor, a product developer at an Asheville commercial kitchen, food writer, kitchen manager and I’ve done countless cooking demos at Biltmore Estate Winery and on WLOS ‘ Carolina Kitchen’. I am a graduate of the Cordon Bleu, London.
These days I provide cooking demos/recipes at Calvary Food Panty & garden in Fletcher, NC. The pantry appreciates all the support we receive from Ingles year round! When not in the kitchen, I can be found hiking the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with my husband.
