• What is the Tools for Schools Program?
  When you sign-up for the Tools for Schools program and make purchases using your Ingles Advantage Card, Ingles will give back to the schools a portion of the total sales to be used by the schools to purchase computers and school supplies

• How do I sign-up for Tools for Schools?
  You may sign up at your local Ingles store, at participating schools, or at Ingles web site. Simply fill out a Tools for Schools application. It's that simple. The sign-up is a one-time process that will take place at the beginning of each school year. The school that is chosen is linked to your Ingles Advantage Card until the following May. You must re-enroll your Ingles Advantage Card at the beginning of each school year. Ingles will maintain a cumulative total for the selected school (limit 1 school per household) and will provide the reward to the school on the pay out period date.

• What purchases qualify for Tools for Schools?
  All purchases made using the Ingles Advantage Card qualify unless prohibited by law.

• How do I know the school's code number?
  Schools will communicate the number to you through PTA meetings, newsletters, etc. OR a list of schools signed up to participate in your store's market area will be available at the customer service desk. Schools that are not registered should contact Ingles Tools for Schools coordinator at 1-800-635-5066 ext. 421 for a registration form.

• How do I find out what the school earned?
  Approximately every month during the program, Ingles will post a report on the web at www.ingles-markets.com that indicates the amount each school has earned for that specific period and a cumulative total.

• What is the Ingles Advantage Program?
  It's a frequent shopper program that will provide you with special discounts and offers if you use your card.

  It's absolutely free.

• How does the card work?
  The Ingles Advantage Card provides discounts exclusive to card-holders. Items in the Ingles Advantage program are marked throughout the store with a special tag featuring a picture of the Advantage Card. At the time of checkout hand your Ingles Advantage Card to the cashier to scan. Ingles Advantage Card savings will be automatically deducted from your total purchase, and a summary of the savings for that transaction are printed right on your receipt.

• When can I start saving?
  You can start saving the first time you use the Ingles Advantage Card. Just present the card before the cashier begins to scan the groceries and start saving - it's that simple.

• Do I need to have an Ingles Advantage Card to get the instant savings?
  Yes. Special savings can only be activated with the new Ingles Advantage Card. You will want to carry the card whenever you shop

• What happens if I forget my card?
  See store customer service. If you forget your card, we can look up your Ingles Advantage Card number at the store customer service by your phone number, or you have the option to sign-up for a replacement/new card at that time. Discounts are only available when your card is presented to the cashier at the time of the transaction.

• What special offers do I get?
  You will receive discounted prices on all of the specially marked products in the store. These discounted products are marked on the shelf and in the weekly circular. We will send special offers in the mail to you periodically

• Can I use manufacturer coupons at the same time?
  Of course! And then the Ingles Advantage Card will save you even more

• Do I need an Ingles Advantage Card to cash a check?
  Yes, the Ingles Advantage Card and your picture ID are now required to cash personal or payroll checks

• Can I get an Ingles Advantage Card for my spouse or other members of my household?
  Yes, if an additional set of cards is needed, just fill out the co-applicant space on your application

• Why do I need to provide an e-mail address?
  E-mail address is optional...however, Ingles will be sending special discounts, coupons, rewards and/or information that will only be available to you via e-mail

• Do I have to fill in the date of birth on the enrollment form?
  Providing date of birth is optional. If you do not give your date of birth you will be excluded from any future birthday promotions that Ingles may be offering

• How do I get an additional set of cards?
  Simply fill out a Change Form at the Customer Service Desk.

• Does the Ingles Advantage Card replace my video card?
  You will still need to use the video card. Ingles plans to incorporate the video membership into the Ingles Advantage Card at a future date

• How do I sign-up for Upromise?
  Go to Upromise to register your Ingles Advantage number.

• Can I use my Ingles Advantage Card to collect savings for the Upromise Program?
  Yes. You will need to register your Ingles Advantage Card to begin saving with Upromise. If you previously registered your credit card(s) with Upromise you must now register your new Ingles Advantage Card number to continue to save with Upromise.

• If I lose my Ingles Advantage Card, can anyone get my personal information?
  No, the Ingles Advantage Card and keytags are property of Ingles. They are not transferable.

• Can the cashier scan a cashier card if I forgot my Ingles Advantage Card?
  No. If you shop with Ingles and use your Ingles Advantage Card, you will receive special offers. If you forget your card, we can look up your Ingles Advantage Card number at the store customer service by your phone number, or you have the option to sign-up for a replacement/new card at that time.

• If my name, address, e-mail address or phone number has changed, do I need to get a new card?
  No. You will have to go to customer service and fill out a change form. Allow up to 4 weeks to process.

• What do I do if I find a set of keys with an Ingles Advantage Card attached?
  Please turn in the keys to an Ingles Store Manager.
