Turkey with Cranberry Apple Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 3 T. Wesson Vegetable Oil
  • 1 fully cooked Turkey Breast
  • 1 medium tart apple, cored and iced
  • 1 cup each: diced celery and dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup Butterball Chicken Broth, cover and refrigerate remaining broth in different container
  • 1 (6-ounce) Box Butterball Seasoned Stuffing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 2 Tablespoons Wesson Oil until hot. Place into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside. Saute apple, celery, cranberries, and onion in remaining oil until onion is tender. Remove from heat and add Butterball Broth. Stir in Butterball Stuffing until well blended. Spoon stuffing mixture over turkey breasts. Cover, bake, for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
