GRAPE SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 1 (8 Oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 1 (8 Oz.) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
- 1. Wash and stem grapes, let dry and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl cream together cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla.
- 3. Add grapes. Next, add brown sugar and pecans.
- 4. Toss again.
- 5. Chill at least 2 or 3 hours before serving or can be made the night before.
- 6. Also, low calorie ingredients may be used on this recipe if need be.
- 7. Also, less brown sugar and less pecans can be used... Depends on your taste.
