GRAPE SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes
  • 1 (8 Oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes
  • 1 (8 Oz.) sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  • 1. Wash and stem grapes, let dry and set aside.
  • 2. In a large bowl cream together cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla.
  • 3. Add grapes. Next, add brown sugar and pecans.
  • 4. Toss again.
  • 5. Chill at least 2 or 3 hours before serving or can be made the night before.
  • 6. Also, low calorie ingredients may be used on this recipe if need be.
  • 7. Also, less brown sugar and less pecans can be used... Depends on your taste.
