5 Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red seedless grapes.
  • 1/2 cup each peeled, sliced & quartered orange, cubed cantaloupe, sliced banana & pineapple chunks.
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate.
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice or lime juice concentrate.
  • 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves.
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel.

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
  • Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
