  • 1 pound(s) box of macaroni (any variety)
  • 4 cup(s) Borden® Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cup(s) Borden® Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cup(s) Borden® Parmesan Shredded Cheese
  • 1 pound(s) processed cheese, melted
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cup(s) crackers, crumbled
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper

Griffith Family Mamma's Mac 'n Cheese Directions

  1. Boil macaroni until tender; drain. Place in greased casserole dish. Add milk until completely covered.
  2. Mix in 2 cups of Borden® Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Borden® Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Borden® Parmesan Shredded Cheese, processed cheese and butter.
  3. Season with pepper. Top macaroni with 2 cups of Borden® Mild Shredded Cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
