Spicy Catfish
Ingredients:
- 4 Catfish filets
- 2 cups Laura Lynn buttermilk
- 2 TBSP Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce
- Cajun fish coating
Directions:
Mix together buttermilk and hot sauce. Soak filet in mixture for at least 20 minutes - in the fridge. Remove filet from buttermilk mixture and coat w/ fish coating. Fry or bake in oven.
