Spicy Catfish

Ingredients:

  • 4 Catfish filets
  • 2 cups Laura Lynn buttermilk
  • 2 TBSP Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce
  • Cajun fish coating

Directions:

Mix together buttermilk and hot sauce. Soak filet in mixture for at least 20 minutes - in the fridge. Remove filet from buttermilk mixture and coat w/ fish coating. Fry or bake in oven.
