Sesame Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (or canola oil)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon reduced fat margarine
Directions:
- Heat sesame or canola oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and ginger. Add soy sauce, white wine, mushrooms and onions to skillet and saute for 1-2 minutes. Remove chops to serving platter. Add margarine to skillet and simmer over high heat to reduced sauce. Pour mushroom sauce over pork and serve.
