Presto Primavera

A good way to use that leftover ham - adapted from www.delmonte.com

Ingredients:

  • 6oz. uncooked Barilla pasta (spirals, macaroni, or penne)
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE ® Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion
  • 1 can (8-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE ® Sweet Peas, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DEL MONTE ® Cut Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE ® Sliced Carrots, drained
  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham

Directions:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
  • Heat tomatoes and vegetables in large saucepan while pasta is cooking add ham
  • Mix in pasta and heat through
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired

Yields:

Approximately 2 cups of dip or 10 2oz servings
