Holiday Ham & Del Monte Pineapple Kebobs

Leftover ham? Fire up the grill and make this easy entree!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 3/4 Lb. Cooked Ham (Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
  • 1-15 Oz. Can Del Monte Pineapple Chunks (Drained)
  • Skewers
  • Directions:

    1. Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grate.

    2. In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard.

    3. Alternate ham chunks and pineapple on skewers.

    4. Brush kabobs with brown sugar mixture and place on grill. Close lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently and basting often. Makes 4 servings.

    5. Remove and serve over Uncles Ben's rice with steamed vegetables.
