Easy Brunch Casserole
Make this the night before and refrigerate. Serve with a fresh fruit salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 package (16oz) reduced-fat crescent rolls
- 6 eggs ( 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs)
- 1/4 cup Laura Lynn skim delux milk
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Borden cheese (your choice - cheddar, swiss.) or 4-6 cheese slices.- you may use reduced fat
- 6 vegetarian sausage patties, cooked and crumbled (or 8 slices of reduced-fat bacon - cooked and crumbled)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray vegetable oil spray on bottom and sides of 13x9 inch pan. Use crescent rolls to form crust by pressing into bottom and up to sides (1") of pan. Put cheese on top of rolls. Beat eggs and milk together with salt and pepper and pour overtop cheese. Sprinkle bacon or sausage on top of eggs. If baking immediately; cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
