Daisy Hashbrown Casserole

Prep Time: 20 minutes - Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs frozen diced hashbrowns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (low sodium if possible)
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 4 oz. processed american cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • black pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Directions:

Place frozen hashbrowns in an oven-safe casserole dish, sprayed lightly with cooking spray. In a separate bowl, add the cream of chicken, sour cream, and black pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly. Spoon entire mixture into casserole dish with potatoes, and fold. Add cubed cheese, and stir into casserole. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
