Apple Raisin Crunch

Shopping List:
- Vegetable spray
- 2 lbs. tart apples
- Sun Maid golden raisins
- orange juice
- oatmeal
- wheat germ
- cinnamon
- Country Crock quarters
Optional:
- Healthy Choice No Sugar Added Vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs. Tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced (about 5-1/2 cups)
- 1/2 C Sun Maid golden raisins
- 1/2 C Florida orange juice
- 1/2 C Oatmeal
- 1/2 C Toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 4 Tbs. Country Crock margarine
- Optional: Healthy Choice No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 8x8 baking pan with vegetable spray. Arrange apples and raisins in baking pan and pour orange juice over top. Set aside. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Distribute mixture over fruits. Bake 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. (Optional: serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream)
