Fruity Breakfast Parfait
Get a great start on you '5 a day' at breakfast!
Shopping List
- pineapple
- raspberries
- vanilla yogurt
- banana
- dates
- almonds
- Sun-Maid raisins - optional
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 firm medium banana
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon Sun-Maid raisins (optional)
Directions
- In glasses, layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates. Sprinkle top with almonds and raisins.
