Fruity Breakfast Parfait

Shopping List

  • pineapple
  • raspberries
  • vanilla yogurt
  • banana
  • dates
  • almonds
  • Sun-Maid raisins - optional

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 firm medium banana
  • 1/3 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Sun-Maid raisins (optional)

Directions

  • In glasses, layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates. Sprinkle top with almonds and raisins.

Makes 4 servings
