Breakfast Fruit Fiber Loaf

Spread some Brummel & Brown or Skippy Peanut Butter on this and enjoy it for breakfast along with your coffee, Nu-Trish milk, Lipton green tea or Tropicana orange juice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
- 3/4 cup Sun Maid raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup Laura Lynn 1% Nu-Trish milk
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice. Stir in whole wheat flour, brown sugar, walnuts, raisins and nuts.
- In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, molasses and oil. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the liquid.
- Mix thoroughly and spread into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake 45-55 minutes.
