Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Peach recipe - Peel, dice and freeze your peaches ahead of time.
  • 2 cups Laura Lynn organic soy milk (vanilla or original)
  • 1(8 oz) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 4 large peaches, diced and frozen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Makes 5 cups.

Per Serving: 162 calories, 1 gram fat, 31 gm carbohydrates, 6 grams protein.
