Fresh Mango Shake

Here is a recipe that will give you calcium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C all in the same glass!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small mango, quartered, pitted and peeled
  • 3/4 cup of Laura Lynn non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of Florida Gold orange juice
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions:

Using a blender, combine all ingredients until thick and smooth and then ENJOY!

Makes one serving.
