Black Bean Tortilla Wheels
Ingredients:
- 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - 15 oz can of black beans
- 5 - 10 inch flour tortilla
- Salsa
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream.. Stir in Monterey jack cheese, olives, onions, salt, garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place beans in a blender, process until smooth. Spread each tortilla with thin layer of beans. Spread layer of mix on top of beans. Roll them up and wrap in plastic and chill. When ready to serve cut rolls into 3/4 inch slices. Serve with salsa and garnish.
