Summertime Salsa

Ingredients:

  • peach or mango (ripe)
  • 1/2 avocado (ripe)
  • 1 banana
  • 4 large, ripe strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Bertolli light tasting olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

Cut all items into small pieces. (Hint: use garlic press to get fine pieces of ginger). Mix with olive oil and lime juice. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
