Kale Chips

Here's a different and tasty way to get your greens!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag of pre-washed and cut up kale or one large bunch of washed kale torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Bertolli olive oil or Mazola corn oil
  • 2-3 tsp Mrs. Dash Grilling Blends (your choice of flavor!)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Toss kale with oil and spread out onto baking sheet
  • Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Grilling Blends
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until kale is crispy
  • Remove and enjoy - tastes sort of like potato chips but soooo much better for you!
