Chili Con Queso Dip

Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb. (12oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Precess Cheese Product, cut up
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. package) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cut up
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing or Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup canned, sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • Wheat Thins Snack Crackers

Directions:

Mix Velveeta, cream cheese, salad dressing, red peppers, jalapeno peppers and garlic in saucepan. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Serve with salsa and crackers. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
