Avocado Salsa

Great with baked chips or on grilled fish or flank steak.

Ingredients:

Avocado Salsa
  • 1 ripe medium avocado chopped
  • 1 large, ripe tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large lime (juice of)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  • Mix together and serve.
