ASHEVILLE, N.C. -- (May 25, 2006) -- Ingles Markets is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the location of Richard Fox. Mr. Fox is a driver for Ingles who was last seen at approximately 1:00 a.m. Monday morning when he left the Ingles warehouse near Asheville, North Carolina, heading for Ingles supermarkets in Gray, Georgia, and Madison, Georgia.
Mr. Fox, aged 67, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He was driving a 1999 Freightliner tractor with a refrigerated trailer painted with a red Ingles logo. The truck number is 906 with license tag LE9219. The trailer license tag is AY60469.
"Our only concern is to find Richard and reunite him with his family," said Robert Ingle, CEO of Ingles. "In addition to the reward, we continue to conduct our own search and are assisting law enforcement agencies and the Highway Patrol in whatever way we can."
