NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VALID ONLY IN ALABAMA, GEORGIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA AND VIRGINIA.
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 5/4/08 through 5/24/08, purchase any five (5) Kellogg's®, Keebler® and/or Eggo® products (4 oz. or larger - any combination) with your Ingles Advantage™* Card at a participating Ingles store located in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia during the same transaction and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Alternatively, you may enter the sweepstakes without a purchase by hand writing on a 3"x 5" piece of paper your name, address, age, daytime/evening phone numbers and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Kellogg's™/Ingles CHO Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 185663, Battle Creek, MI 49018-5663. All purchase entries must be completed by 5:00 PM (ET) on 5/24/08. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 5/24/08 and received by 5/31/08. Limit one purchase entry per transaction and one mail-in entry per outer stamped envelope. Kellogg North America Company ("Sponsor") not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, delayed, damaged, postage due or mutilated mail. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. All entries or participation materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any change to mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic Ingles Advantage™ Card entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the States of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kellogg North America Company, Ingles Markets, Inc., their respective parent companies, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void outside of AL, GA, NC, SC, VA and where prohibited.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 6/6/08 from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail at Sponsor's discretion.
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize - Winner will receive a "Mom as Chief Health Officer ("CHO")" Spa Stay trip for 3-day/2-night trip for (2) two at Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC (ARV $4,500). Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for (2) two between a major commercial airport closest to the winner's residence and Asheville, NC; round trip ground transportation to/from airport - Grove Park Inn; standard lodging at Grove Park Inn consisting of one room for 2-nights (based on double occupancy); $400 dining allowance (to be awarded in the form of a check to the winner); and two (2) Spa Treatments per person to include - Grove Park Seasonal Delight Package; and Facial and Soak & Massage. Accommodations and air transportation are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Blackout dates may apply. No transfer or substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Grand Prize winners must arrange for travel 30 days prior to trip at minimum. Winner and his/her travel companion must depart/return from the same major airport and travel on same itinerary. Trip does not include taxes (other than those noted), tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Trip is not redeemable for cash. Trip must be taken by 6/30/2009. Three (3) First Prizes - Winner's choice of a $400 Spa Gift Certificate at Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC; or a $400 Ingles Gift Card. Transportation is not included as part of the First Prize. Three (3) Second Prizes - $100 Ingles Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes $3,000. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash; and are subject to the terms and conditions associated with their use. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize.
5. GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days after first notification attempt. Guest of Grand Prize winner (if under 18 years of age, their parent/legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to awarding of prize. If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Neither Sponsor, Ingles Markets, Inc., their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their officers, directors, employees or assigns will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect Ingles Advantage™ Card data, along with any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data nor for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Ingles Advantage™ Card entry method of the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted and select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the point of the Sponsor's action. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement of prizes.
6. For names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 8/30/08 to: Kellogg's™/Ingles CHO Sweepstakes - Winner's List, P.O. Box 185664, Battle Creek, MI 49018-5664. Winner's list to be available after 6/30/08.
