UNILEVER "RACE EXPERIENCE" SWEEPSTAKES

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Unilever "Race Experience" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individual, legal residents of AL, GA, SC, NC, TN and VA, 18 years of age and older. Employees of Unilever ("Sponsor"), Ingles Markets, Inc., Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; employees, directors, officers and agents of NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates; and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible. Void outside AL, GA, SC, NC, TN and VA and where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. local time on 8/1/10 through 11:59 p.m. on 8/28/10 (the "Promotion Period"), each time you purchase any participating Unilever product at a participating Ingles store and scan your Ingles Advantage™ Card (the "Card"), you will automatically be entered into the Unilever "Race Experience" Sweepstakes (an "in-store entry"). You may obtain a Card free of charge at participating Ingles stores. Participating Unilever products are (any variety): Hellmann's® Mayonnaise (30oz.), Ragú® Pasta Sauce (16 oz. or 26 oz.), Knorr® Rice and Pasta, Skippy® Peanut Butter, Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, Slim-Fast® Shakes, Lever® 2000, Dove® Beauty Bar, Dove® Men+Care bar, Dove® Haircare and Degree® Deodorant. Limit: one in-store entry per qualified, single transaction, regardless of the number of participating products purchased. In-store entries will be deemed to have been made by the natural person associated with the Ingles Advantage™ Card used, regardless of who actually makes the purchase. In-store entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT or close of business on 8/28/10, whichever occurs first. Released Parties, as defined below, are not responsible for incorrect Advantage Card data or computer system, network, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in electronic transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. To enter without a purchase, visit www.ingles-markets.com during the Promotion Period and follow instructions to complete an entry online (an "online entry") or hand print your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail your entry in an envelope (no larger than #10) with postage affixed to: Unilever "Race Experience" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7485, Wilton, CT 06897-7485 (a "mail-in entry"). By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Unilever may also send you information, samples or special offers it feels may be of interest to you about Unilever brands or brands from other carefully-selected companies. You may enter as often as you wish by mail, but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Limit one mail-in entry per outer stamped envelope and one (1) online entry per person/email address per day. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on 8/28/10. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/30/10 and received by 9/7/10. Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage due or stolen entries and all such entries will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Automated methods of on-line entry, including entry via third party websites, are prohibited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. PRIZES: On or about 9/8/10, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Ingles, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received, to award: Twelve (12) Grand Prizes: two (2) tickets (winner & guest) to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Lowes Motor Speedway, Charlotte, NC; one (1) night hotel accommodations (double occupancy); pre-race VIP access; and $100 spending allowance. Winner & guest must attend the race on date specified or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Guest of winner may not be a minor unless guest is winner's child or legal ward. Any minor participating in any Prize-related activity must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian at all times. Spending allowance will be awarded as a check made payable to the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $800. All other expenses not mentioned herein including, but not limited to transportation to and from the race, meals and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included as part of the Grand Prize. If the race is rescheduled or cancelled for any reason after ticketing of prize, tickets will be subject to the standard terms set by the issuer. Additional restrictions may apply. Fifteen (15) First Prizes: a $100 Ingles Gift Card. Gift card use is subject to terms and conditions set by gift card issuer. Total ARV of all prizes: $11,100. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, prize of comparable or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize Winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If any winner cannot be reached after two attempts via phone, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. First Prizes will be mailed to the winners at the address provided or on file with Ingles. Noncompliance by date specified on winner notification letter or return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By accepting prize, winner agrees, and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the sweepstakes, agree to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Ingles, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, NASCAR, Inc., Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and JR Motorsports, LLC (and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns) and its affiliates and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, assigns, members, managers, personnel, and affiliates, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this sweepstakes (collectively the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, liabilities or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use/misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. NASCAR, Inc., Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and JR Motorsports, LLC (and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns) and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, personnel, assigns, members, managers or affiliates, are not responsible for any aspects of the sweepstakes and they assume no responsibility or liability with respect thereto. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of New York, New York for the resolution of all claims or disputes.

5. WINNERS LIST: Mail a self-addressed, stamped, business size envelope to be received by 10/15/10 to: Unilever "Race Experience" Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton, CT 06897-7276. Winners list will be sent after Winners have been verified and prizes have been awarded.
