1. HOW TO PLAY: Shopper will be entered once for every purchase of a Tetley Iced Tea product between May 4, 2008 and May 10, 2008 using an Ingle's Advantage™ Savings & Rewards Card, or to enter Sweepstakes without a purchase, go to www.TetleyUSA.com/InglesSweepstakes and complete the information on the Entry Page and click on “Enter”. All eligible entries received will be entered in a random drawing for the Grand Prize. Entries must be received by May 13, 2008. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, requests, claims or other submissions. All entries, requests, claims and other submissions are Sponsor's property and will not be returned.

2. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip to the 2008 CMA Music Festival, scheduled to occur from June 5-8, in Nashville, TN. Trip includes roundtrip domestic coach airfare for 2, five (5) nights hotel (double occupancy), ground transportation to/from Nashville airport, CMA Music Festival Tickets, Special Event Tickets and a CMA Gift Bag; approximate retail value (ARV) of $5,000 (actual value of trip may vary depending upon point of departure) All additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance and spending money, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Grand Prize winner must use prize on designated dates. No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prizes are not transferable.

3. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about May 15, 2008, one winner of the Grand Prize will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by overnight mail no later than May 18, 2008. Grand Prize winner will be required to fill out, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and (where legal) publicity release within three days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing among the remaining eligible entries. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the prize winner fails to respond as directed in the prize notification or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing among the remaining eligible entries. The odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, and its parent companies, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this promotion, and the immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, and children and their spouses) and members of the households of such employees are ineligible. GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants, winner and any guest of winner release Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, owners, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development or execution of this game, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use of prizes awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of any judges, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this sweepstakes any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of mail submitted to or sent by Sponsor. Sponsor and its affiliated companies and agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, are not responsible for printing or distribution errors, and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke this Sweepstakes based on any such error without liability at its sole discretion.
