TO ENTER: Simply use your Ingles Advantage Card ("Club Card") to purchase any four (4) participating ConAgra Foods products Hunt’s Ketchup 24 oz., Banquet Frozen Dinners 6.6 oz-11 oz., Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz., Manwich 15.5-16 oz., and Act II Popcorn 3 pack at a participating Ingles Supermarket during regular store hours, from February 17 through February 23, 2008. Your entry is automatic. If you do not have a Club Card you may apply for a free card at the Customer Service Desk at any participating store. None of Ingles, ConAgra Foods® and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, nor any of their respective partners, (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") are responsible for electronic network, scanner or computer hardware or software malfunction and/or transmission failure, loss or delayed or corrupted data transmissions, or any technical or human failures, errors or difficulties of any kind.

Trip includes: Round trip airfare from your local airport to Daytona Beach, Florida; hotel accommodations at Doubletree Hotel at the entrance to Universal Orlando or hotel of Sponsor’s choice for 4 days/3 nights, (one room, quad occupancy), 4 General admission tickets to the Nationwide Race scheduled to be held on Friday, July 4, 2008, 4 reserved Weatherly Tower tickets to the Sprint Cup Race scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 5, 2008, Motorcoach transportation to and from the hotel to the Daytona International Speedway® for Friday and Saturday races, FAN ZONEsm admission, Photo in Victory Lane, Admission to DAYTONA 500® Experience™ themed motorsport attraction, and Five hundred dollars ($500) spending money. The approximate face value of the Grand Prize is $6,000.00. The Grand Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. All expenses not specifically included above, e.g. federal, state and local taxes; etc. are solely Winner responsibility. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing, on or about March 5, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible automatic and mail-in entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or UPS. Winners must comply with all sweepstakes rules as published. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity before prize is awarded. If Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to a parent/legal guardian who must sign all required documents. Travel companions will also be required to sign and return a release of liability. Winners are required to return document prior taking receipt of prize. Winner (and/or parent/legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) and winner’s companions must travel on the same itinerary. Failure to comply with this requirement or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the automatic portion of the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid automatic entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension and all eligible mailed entries received.
