1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 11/15/09 through 11/28/09, each time you purchase any product listed below using your Ingles Advantage Card you will receive one entry in the sweepstakes, up to 1 entry per day. Purchases must be made at participating Ingles stores in the states of NC, SC, GA, TN, AL and VA. If you do not have an Ingles Advantage Card, you may obtain one at the Customer Service desk. To enter without a purchase: hand print your complete name, address and phone number with area code on a 3” x 5” piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Kraft/Ingles Thanksgiving Sweepstakes, PO Box 6676, Asheville, NC 28806. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries must be postmarked by 11/28/2009 and received by 12/4/2009.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/7/2009 from among all eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by telephone or mail approx. 12/9/2009. Limit one prize per household. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries received from among all participating Ingles Stores.

3. PRIZES: 75 winners will receive a $200 Ingles gift card. (ARV) $200. Total prize value: $15,000. If winner can not accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No cash substitutes permitted.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, VA, and are 18 years of age and older as of 11/15/09. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc.
