Meals In Minutes - Preparation Is The Key!

The key to getting dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes is planning ahead.

  1. Menus - Make out a menu for a week ahead - Use your Ingles circular coupons to save money and get the best deals on meat, produce, frozen foods, and grocery items.
  2. Lists - Make shopping trips efficient. Write out your shopping list and use it, but don't ignore the special in-store sales! Clip and organize coupons for use.
  3. Stock Up - Stock up on non-perishable canned goods like DEL MONTE canned fruit, canned beans, DELI FRATELLI tomato products, chicken broth, and sauces so they will be available when you need them. Keep frozen vegetables and fruit in your freezer. Keep standard grains on hand like BARILLA pasta, cous cous, and UNCLE BEN'S rice.
